- Willingness to learn, pleasant attitude, good work ethics and a great team player.
- Good communication and time management skills.
Client Info: Our client is a youth online community platform and a community app store company with a software development house that serves their client and users.
Position: Human Resource Executive (Internship)
Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them.
- Implement effective sourcing, screening, recruitment and interviewing techniques.
- Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees (Part time, interns and contract hires).
- Monitor HR department\xe2\x80\x99s budget.
- Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues.
- Oversee and run daily operations of the Operations and HR department. Experience Required: Min 2 Year/s
