Job Description

RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY 1. To work with relevant departments in ensuring that the organization employs the right balance of staff and as according to the labor law. 2. To analyze, plan and deliver induction training for new staff. 3. To work with other departmental heads on human resource issues such as EPF, SOCSO, leave and other related issues. 4. To manage human resources issues such as personnel appraisal, promotion, welfare and others. 5. To check and prepare payroll , summary report for annually medical checking. 6. To ensure that responsibilities and authorities are defined and communicated to the respective employee. 7. To ensure all the human resource records such as employee personal data, training record, medical report, etc. are recorded accurately and appropriately.
