Job Description

• Diploma / bachelor\'s degree in human resources or equivalent with at least 3 years and above of experience in Human Resources Management

• Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred because the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarin-speaking candidates

• Professional appearance and attitude with an outgoing personality

• Knowledge of HR systems and databases

• In-depth knowledge of MY / SG labor law and HR best practices (preferable)

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interviews.

• Manage and prepare staff payroll processing (attendance, leave management record, EPF, Socso, PCB, etc).

• Perform necessary administrative tasks in the Human Resources Section, such as staff management on attendance and leave applications.

• Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances with a fair and respectful approach.

• Planning and implementation of employee retention program, keeping productive and talented employees to reduce turnover

• Develop and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.

• Plan and organize company-wide events, celebrations, and team-building activities.

• Generate reports for management review, providing insights and recommendations.

• Basic salary of RM 3,600 - RM 5,500++
