High school degree or above, some experience in personnel management is preferred

Responsibilities
Assist superiors in establishing and improving human resource systems such as recruitment, training, wages, insurance, benefits, performance appraisal, etc.
Execute the recruitment workflow, coordinate and handle employee recruitment, entry, resignation, transfer, promotion and other procedures;
Coordinate new employee induction training, business training, implement training plans, contact external training organizations, and track and feedback on training effects
Establish and maintain personnel files, handle and update labor contracts
Execute the operational procedures of various human resources management practices and the implementation of various rules and regulations, and cooperate with other business departments;
Collect relevant labor and employment and other personnel policies and regulations
Help build employee relations, coordinate employee-management relations, and organize employee activities.
