Job Description
Dear candidates, we are looking for HR Executive Work location: Johor Bahru General HR task Talent Sourcing: Utilize a variety of channels such as job boards, social media, and networking to attract potential candidates for open positions. Screening & Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth and organized interview process for both candidates and interviewers. Offer Negotiation & Onboarding : Assist in generating and extending job offers, addressing candidate questions, and managing negotiations. Training Needs Analysis: Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and skill gaps within the organization. Training Program Development: Assist in designing and developing training programs, both in-house and through external partners, to address identified needs. Training Evaluation: Collect feedback from training participants, analyze training effectiveness, and make recommendations for improvements.
