Job Summary To carry out employee relations & general admin functions for both Plant (Shah Alam & Bukit Raja) Roles & Responsibilities: To manage Plant Security Management for both Plant (SAP & BRP) To manage Plant Facilities (Office furniture, meeting rooms, parking area, company\'s car management, Buggy arrangement, PA system etc) To manage HR fixed assets (Update HR assets and ensure all documents are in place for audit purposes) To manage In-house clinic management (Service contract, cost management, KKM procedures) To manage canteen operations (Liaising with vendors on canteen waste and clinical waste) To in charge of Hotel arrangement and Visa application for expatriates To be responsible of Stationery management To support other departments in providing general admin services as and when required Job requirements: Minimum Bachelor in Human Capital Management/Business Administrative or any related field with CGPA above 3.0 Good command of spoken & written in English Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Ofiice (Word,Excel,PPt, Outlook) Experience in handling General Admin and Security Management function Experience in Event management and strong Public Speaking Skill (Event Emcee etc) Well versed in ISO 14001 documentation Excellent skills in communication and presentation
