Job Responsibilities (including but not limited to): 1. Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions including payroll processing, onboarding, training & development, HR policy & procedures, employee relations, industrial relations, termination, and other HR administration. 2. To conduct active recruitment to identify right-fit candidates and be responsible for the selection process. 3. Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results to drive high performance by training managers to coach employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; discipline and conduct counseling for employees and supervisors. 4. Support current and future needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital. 5. Continuously strive for a harmonious working environment amongst the employees by recommending the necessary initiatives. 6. Ensure accuracy and timely payment of employees\xe2\x80\x99 salary and other statutory payments such as EPF, EIS, SOCSO, and income tax are aligned with Malaysian Law. 7. To develop, maintain and review the Human Resources Policies, SOPs, and Employee Handbook in compliance with the relevant regulations. Ensure employees understand and comply with them. 8. Responsible to liaise, coordinate and correspond with agencies and governmental bodies such as JTK, LHDN, KWSP, and PERKESO. Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues. 9. Monitor the HR department\xe2\x80\x99s budget and work with Finance to oversee the team\xe2\x80\x99s needs 10. Measure employee retention and turnover rates, as well as suggest and implement improvement suggestions 11. To issue a warning letter and carry out disciplinary actions. Requirements 1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resources or any relevant field. 2. Minimum 3 years relevant working experience 3. Thorough knowledge of labor laws. 4. Meticulous and generally a quick thinking person.
