• Possess a Diploma and at least one year of related work experience.
• Possess knowledge of the Employment Act and the Industrial Relations Act.
• Able to speak in English.
• Computer literacy is essential.
• Required Skill(s): Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Possess good behaviour, being responsible, self-motivated, and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Support the HR Manager in all aspects of human resource management.
• Assist in scheduling interviews and promptly following up with the shortlisted candidates post-interview.
• Assist in preparing appointment letters using the provided template.
• Assist with personnel record management, including regularly updating employee information in the system and maintaining organized filing systems.
• Assist in payroll tasks, including attendance verification and preparation of payslips.
• Assist in managing leave records.
• Possess knowledge of the Employment Act and the Industrial Relations Act.
