Job Summary:
We are looking for an HR Executive to manage our company\'s recruiting, learning and development, and performance programs. Main Duties/ Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resource function including payroll, recruitment, compensation, training and other HR matters.
- Handling recruitment process includes monitor the manpower requisitions, job postings, selection, interview arrangement, job offer and acceptance, orientation, update employees\xe2\x80\x99 record, confirmation, and etc.
- Identify training needs, monitor training programs, training evaluation, update training record, etc.
- Maintain HR system, updating and maintaining accurate HR records.
- Prepare letters, contracts, memos, etc.
- Updating and recommend HR policies and procedures.
- Qualification: Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or a Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any field, preferably in Business Administration/Human Resources.
- Preferably 1 year of relevant working experience. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication skills, outgoing, proactive, independent.
Contract length: 12 months Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month Benefits:
