Handle day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and staff movements
Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR-related documentation
Assist in payroll preparation, attendance, and leave management
Support training, performance management, and employee engagement activities
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements
Manage administrative duties such as office supplies, correspondence, and filing systems
Coordinate staff welfare programs, benefits, and disciplinary matters
Liaise with government bodies and external parties on HR/administration matters
Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and staff activities
Provide support to management in HR planning and reporting

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
