Provide HR advice and support to managers and staff on operational Human Resources issues including employment legislation.
Mediate and resolve employee relations issues; conduct thorough and objective investigations when necessary.
Provides day to day performance management guidance to management
Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.
Provides effective and efficient talent acquisition and retention support.
Execution of recruitment plan and activities for all levels including interns within the Business Unit including screening candidates, conducting interviews, preparing salary proposals and communicating with Hiring Manager, negotiating and communicating offer acceptance
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess at least a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management/ Human Resources Management or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of working experience as a generalist in the Human Resource Department preferable in semi conductor industry.
Pleasant personality and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact comfortably with all levels of employees.
A team player with strong analytical, problem-solving and leadership skills.
Able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
A self \xe2\x80\x93 starter, initiative, independent and possess a high degree of confidentiality.
Good written and oral communication in English.
Good knowledge of Labour Law.
