Responsibilities:
  • Manage and implement company policies and procedures in accordance with the company directions and Malaysian regulation.
  • Handling discipline and grievance cases.
  • Understand and adhere to all pertinent labor laws
  • Employees training and development
  • Responsible for staff recruitment including the advertisement, sourcing for candidates, arranging the interview, formalization of appointments, preparation of appointment letters and staff induction
  • Checking and monitoring employee\'s time attendance records.
  • To update and maintain employee\xe2\x80\x99s payroll information in the payroll system
  • Responsible in the payroll processing and function of the Company
  • Preparation of monthly payroll.
  • Arrange monthly submission and payment of EPF, SOCSO, PCB and other salary deduction payments to regulatory bodies before due dates.
  • Preparation of companies annual Form E and Form EA.
  • Liaise with tax agent for Personal Income Tax declaration for expatriates & Tax Clearance
  • Provide support in other area of Human Resources and assist in ad-hoc tasks as and when required.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Human Resource Management / administration or equivalent from recognize higher learning institution.
  • At least 3 year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Have strong knowledge in Employment Act, Malaysia Labour Law and practice, Statutory requirement and other related legislation.
  • Familiar and able to use payroll system
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Meticulous, organized, practice high level of confidentiality within the department and demonstrating an ability to work with confidential information
  • Must be self-driven, pro-active and possess motivation skill
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel whenever required
  • Proficient in English & Malay for both written and spoken
  • Preferably candidate who can speaks well in Mandarin / Cantonese
