Administration 1. Assist to update employee database for HRMS in all changes/movement of employee data. 2. Assist in handling rank & file payroll processing and statutory payment remittance within required deadlines. Preferably with web-based payroll system 3. Prepare letters for new offer, confirmation, transfer, promotion, contract renewal and staff movement. 4. To issue ID, uniforms, name tag and locker key to new staff. 5. Monitoring employee\xe2\x80\x99s probationary period, contract duration and renewal, confirmation date and issue Performance Evaluation Form. 6. To prepare reports, memorandums etc. as assigned by the Human Resources Manager whilst ensuring the strictest levels of confidentiality at all times. 7. Facilitate good communication among different level of staffs. 8. To maintain proper filing system for all documentations 9. Perform general duties such as ordering office forms, stationeries and other items as and when required. 10. Assist the Human Resources Manager in administrative and operational of HR department 11. To ensure all staff enquiries are handle in professional and tactful manners. 12. Any other ad hoc tasks as and when needed by the respective department head. Recruitment 1. To responsible for sourcing candidates for vacancies available, interviews and updates recruitment reports 2. Organizing the orientation for new staff. 3. To handle foreign workers permit renewal when required Industrial Relations 1. To counsel staff and handle any grievances as and when necessary on work related issues. 2. To take necessary disciplinary action; verbal or written against staff after discussion with the respective Department Head. 3. To conduct or assist in the Domestic Inquiry as and when required; as directed by Human Resources Manager. Employee Welfare 1. To responsible for staff welfare matters; conduct exit interview, handling staff insurance and processing of insurance claim etc. 2. To monitor in Staff Cafeteria, i.e. menu planning, quality and quantity of food prepared, staffing, hygiene, and cleanliness of the caf\xc3\xa9. 3. To inspect staff lockers and locker room facilities regularly; and to ensure the cleanliness is maintained. 4. To monitor staff hostel and spot check once a month. 5. Organizing staff activity & town halls
