Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management or Business studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
Minimum 1-3 years working experience preferably in related field is required for this position.
Ability to demonstrate strong organizational skills, detail-oriented with good planning and execution skills.
Basic computing skills such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
Good common of language (written and spoken) in Mandarin, English & B. Malaysia.
Have experience in using Infotech Payroll system.
5 working days per week (Monday-Friday).
Responsibilities
Responsible for handling full spectrum of HR functions.
Manage the organization\'s employee database and update records of new staff.
To handle monthly Staff Claim, Overtime, Allowance & update Leave and Claim Record.
Preparing monthly reports.
Ensuring a proper maintenance of records, documents and filing.
Overseeing office admin functions.
Perform any ad hoc duties assigned by superior.
To support the recruitment plan in ensuring all vacancies are filled with high quality candidates and within agreed timescales. To conduct new employees orientation and implement training & development.
Process monthly payroll and payment for statutory contribution body.
Monitor on staff attendance and handle preparing monthly report for the company.
