Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Georgetown. The HR Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, employee relations, HR policies, and implementing a variety of human resources programs. The HR Executive will also work closely with the HR team and other stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of HR activities. Qualifications HR Management, HR Operations, and Human Resources (HR) skills Experience in managing employee relations and implementing HR policies Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across the organization Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Experience in the real estate or construction industry is a plus
