Job Responsibilities: -Compensation & Benefits Management: Administer and update employee\'s database timely and accurately into HRMS. -Employee Relation: Handling employee disciplinary management, drafting letters, and maintaining disciplinary record. -General: Assist in day-to-day operations of the department functions and duties. Qualification: -Candidate must possess at least Bachelor\'s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent. -At least 2 - 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position and fresh graduate are acceptable. -Can start work immediately will be added advantage.
