Job Description
We currently looking for talented and efficient HR cum Finance Exec to fill vacant position in our company Salary Range: RM 3k+ (negotiable based on skill & experience) Qualifications: Has Bachelor\'s degree in related field 2-3 year experience in HRxFinance Knowledgable in tax law for business, import & export Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.) Have experience dealing with government body related to HR, Admin & Finance Strong writing and communication skills in both English & Malay language Able to think on your feet & out of the box Excellent analytical and numerical skills Advanced MS Excel skills Have own transport Jobscope: Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process Maintain employee records (attendance, KWSP etc.) according to policy and legal requirements Keeping accurate records for all daily transactions Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports Practice working as team with colleagues Perform other duties as assigned
