We are seeking an experienced HR personnel to join our largest hearing center in Malaysia. the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the recruiting, talent management, and HR operations functions within the company.
a) Bachelor\'s degree in human resources or related field
b) At least 3-year of experience in a HR position
c) Strong knowledge of recruiting, talent management, and HR operations.
d) Keep abreast with the latest amendments in Employment Act and other HR-related statutory requirements
e) Effective interpersonal and written communication skills
f) Good command in English and Mandarin
g) Proactive, organized and a good team player
h) Ability to create a culture of collaboration and teamwork
i) Knowledge in Good Distribution Practice for Medical Devices (GDPMD)
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
a)Manage and implement recruiting strategies to attract talent, with a focus on the hearing aids retail industry
b)Manage the talent management process, including performance management and career development
c)Manage and implement HR policies and procedures, including employee handbook
d)Manage HR operations, including staff claims, employee disciplinary, and compliance to regulatory & statutory requirement.
e)Collaborate with other departments to ensure HR initiatives align with company goalsf)Maintain and manage Quality Management System (ISO) for the Company
