Job Description


  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Responsibilities
  • Manage employee leave requests and maintain HR records.
  • Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating interviews and onboarding activities.
  • Support employee relations initiatives and HR policy compliance.
  • Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, including payroll processing
  • Issuance of Employment Offer Letters, Probation and Contract Extension Letters, Confirmation and Salary change letters
  • Generating the monthly reports on payroll and statutory returns such as EPF, SOCSO,HRFD, EIS, Income Tax Check attendance record & prepare payroll for non-Management staff
  • Execute training programs as and when required and update of individual training record
  • Ensure proper security functions within the organization by monitoring the relevant records
  • Ensure overall office building/facilities/equipment\'s are well maintained
  • Ensure all company vehicles are maintained in good conditions (Company vehicles Repair & Maintenance Records)
  • Coordinate office activities and ensure office supplies are stocked.
  • Maintain accurate bookkeeping records
  • Assist with Department budgeting processes.
  • Coordinate invoicing and ensure timely payments
  • Process employee claims and salary efficiently and accurately
  • Additional responsibilities as and when instructed by superior
  • Undertakes ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time by the reporting manager and/ormanagement
  • Assist on preparing tender documents & provide administrative support
  • Create with checklist for all staff including factory workers
  • KPI scoring staff
  • To make sure staff JD checklist (site) will always be submitted every end of week
  • To do Monday Staff meeting
  • Assist on paper work for grant/Financing
