Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
Involve in end-to-end recruitment functions with the objective of fulfilling theorganization's manpower requirements.
Managing the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
Handle employee grievances, employee disciplinary issues, staff counselling and other employee relations matters.
Ensure timely compliance with local statutory payment such as EPF, Socso, EIS and PCB.
Responsible for updating, drafting important documents such as job descriptions, Employee Handbook, forms, SOP, performance appraisal etc.
To prepare monthly HR report.
Correspondence i.e. Letter of Appointment, Confirmation, Promotion & Warning letter and etc.
Always keep track of leaves / medical leaves / payroll of all the employees and keep a record by maintaining it throughout.
To compute manpower indicators and conduct data analysis for managementupdate/decision making.
Ensure all HR practices are following local employment regulations.
Maintain good filling system and human resources records for easy retrieval purpose.
Any ad-hoc task requested by management from time to time.

Job Requirements:
Candidates must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years experiences in the full spectrum of HR.
Well versed in local employment act.
Experienced in Foreign Workers Management.
Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia.
Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision.
Prefer candidate that can start work immediately.
