Job Description

• Primarily responsible for the full cycle of talent acquisition up to on-boarding within a defined category.
• Degree holder with minimum 1 to 2 year(s) of working experience in-house recruitment or agency environment.
• Positive mindset with people friendly personality, resourceful and mobile;
• Able to demonstrate professional and influencing way of communication;
• High level of maturity and tact in dealing with all levels of stakeholders.
• Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
• Preferably own transport and able to travel within Klang Valley

• Executes talent acquisition strategies in order to ensure the best candidates are selected for each role and the process is conducted efficiently.
• Partners with hiring managers to identify their requirements and ensure skills required are aligned with company's manpower planning.
• Handles end-to-end recruitment cycle i.e. involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, administering reference checks, job offer process & etc.
• Identify and research new innovative and creative sourcing methods through social media, career fair, campus fair, direct sourcing and alternative avenues
• Evaluate external labour
• Runs on-boarding program to smoothly integrates the new employee into the organization and constantly follow through with the objective to foster positive employee experience.
• Prepare reports i.e. recruitment tracking, talent pooling reports etc. in order and assess effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
