Primarily responsible for the full cycle of talent acquisition up to on-boarding within a defined category.
Degree holder with minimum 1 to 2 year(s) of working experience in-house recruitment or agency environment.
Positive mindset with people friendly personality, resourceful and mobile;
Able to demonstrate professional and influencing way of communication;
High level of maturity and tact in dealing with all levels of stakeholders.

Preferably own transport and able to travel within Klang Valley
Responsibilities
Executes talent acquisition strategies in order to ensure the best candidates are selected for each role and the process is conducted efficiently.
Partners with hiring managers to identify their requirements and ensure skills required are aligned with company's manpower planning.
Handles end-to-end recruitment cycle i.e. involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, administering reference checks, job offer process & etc.
Identify and research new innovative and creative sourcing methods through social media, career fair, campus fair, direct sourcing and alternative avenues
Evaluate external labour
Runs on-boarding program to smoothly integrates the new employee into the organization and constantly follow through with the objective to foster positive employee experience.
Prepare reports i.e. recruitment tracking, talent pooling reports etc. in order and assess effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
