What You\'ll Do:
1. Assisting in the complete cycle of recruitment including the job posting, candidate screening, interview arrangement, onboarding, and induction process.
2. To assist and participate in HR initiatives/projects for talent management.
3. Assisting payroll in a timely manner in line with current legislation and regulations
4. To monitor and ensure performance review is being done and completed in a timely manner
5. Maintain a proper filling system for all records and databases including confidential documents
6. Perform any other related duties as and when assigned
What You\'ll Need:
1. Min Diploma/preferred Bachelor Degree in HR/ Business studies or relevant discipline.
2. Candidates with similar work capacity with 2 years of experience.
3. Eye for detail and good follow-through skills.
4. Good command of Malay and English
5. Comfortable in interacting with different levels of management and staff, good communication skills, good leadership, and can work in a team.
6. Able to start In January 2023
