Kelayakan

  • Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
  • Must have knowledge in Labour Law and other policies.
  • Basic knowledge in ISO.
  • Basic knowledge in SQL Payroll.
  • Knowledge in set KPI for all staff.
  • Can build a good culture for company.
Tanggungjawab
  • Assist in the designing and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for each department.
  • Responsible to execute total hiring processes for both local and foreign manpower.
  • Manage end-to-end onboarding process of new hires, for both local and foreign employees, from orientation program to confirmation of employment.
  • Fully in charge of work permits for our foreign workers including their accommodation and welfare.
  • Responsible for HR system administration which includes staff attendance, leave administration, overtime calculation and data updates for payroll processing.
  • Responsible for Employee motivational activities.
