Job Description

The HRA Executive is responsible for meeting hiring goals by filling open positions with talented and qualified candidates. They are generally responsible for the full life cycle of the recruiting process. This entails sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating the interview process, and facilitating offers and employment negotiations, all while ensuring candidates have a pleasant experience.

Recruitment & Selection

• Support interview activities which includes for liaise with advertising and recruitment agencies for placing recruitment advertisement;
• Sourcing for candidates, review application/resume, carry out phone screening candidate, make recommendation on candidate, coordinate and scheduling appointment, interviewing job applicant and conduct test- inform shortlisted candidates and confirm time with both candidates as well as HODs/ Interviewer;
• Record keeping, Review records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfer, resignation;
• Develop and maintain relationship with employment agencies, universities and other recruitment sources.

Learning & Development

• To prepare Training Needs Analysis annually.
• To source for related training courses based on requests.
• To register, apply government funds (HRDF), coordinate with the training providers.

Employee Engagement

• Responsible for new staff engagement

HRIS System

• Maintain and update staff information on HRIS system.
• Responsible for Leave system - year end closing etc.

Others

• To pick up others HR related task as a backup members when team on leave.

Requirements:

• Detailed-oriented
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and advanced computer literacy skills
• Candidate with Talent Acquisition experience will be added advantage. Fresh graduate are welcomed to apply.
