Snapshot of the role:

The HR department is looking for an enthusiastic and self-starter Human Resources Executive to assist in all areas of HR Generalist functions covering compensation and benefits, payroll, industrial relation, HR administration and others. The incumbent should be a people\'s person who thrives in connecting with and supporting our internal customers (employees), and yet is organised and thorough in handling payroll, system and documentation.

You are driven to: * Payroll

  • Process and prepare monthly payroll in a timely manner to ensure the payroll is accurate in accordance with the latest employment rules and regulations.
  • Prepare and check the related documents and payment of statutory deductions to be submitted to the relevant government bodies within the stipulated time.
  • Ensure that all personnel files in both paper and electronics format are updated in a timely manner, maintaining the confidentiality and security of data at all times.
  • Compensation & Benefits
  • Coordinate communication of compensation and benefits information to employees and other HR groups.
  • Responsible in managing the administration of insurance movement such as updating of new joined and resigned staffs and submission of pre and post hospitalization insurance claims.
  • Responsible to perform and administration of company claims and ensure smooth processing of month claim with high accuracy and ensure timely issuance of payment.
  • Others
  • Ensure the HRIS database accurately reflects current staff conditions and details. This includes inputting starters and leavers, contractual amendments, change of details, annual leave and recording of sicknesses and other leave.
  • Provide appropriate reports from the HR database for the purpose of auditing and monitoring employee data and training.
  • Assist in non-executive hiring position.
What you\'ll need to succeed: : (job requirements)
  • Bachelor\'s Degree preferably in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of working experience as HR Generalist or Payroll Administrator.
  • Basic knowledge in human resources management and local labour laws and regulations.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Able to maintain private & confidentiality matters in HR dept.
  • Strong in communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external parties.
  • Digital savvy - to handle HRIS; details oriented and must be able to handle administrative tasks.
  • Team player - putting team\'s and company\'s interest first.
  • Collaborative and able to make the best of situations.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam.
