Assisting in the complete cycle of recruitment including the job posting, candidate screening, interview arrangement, onboarding, and induction process. 2. Managing the Leave and Attendance Management 3. Managing payroll, claims and statutory bodies (EPF, SOCCO, EIS, etc) 3. Assisting the events related to HR (Career Fairs, Career Talk, Career Tour) 5. Maintain a proper filling system for all records and databases including confidential documents 6. Perform any other related duties as and when assigned What You\'ll Need: 1. Min Diploma/preferred Bachelor Degree in HR/ Business studies or relevant discipline. 2. Candidates with similar work capacity with at least 1 year of experience, however, fresh graduates are welcomed. 3. Eye for detail and good follow-through skills. 4. Have knowledge in managing the HR 2000. 5. Comfortable in interacting with different levels of management and staff, good communication skills, good leadership, and can work in a team. 6.
