Handles all aspects of personal administration inclusive updating the HR system, maintaining the personal files, leave administrations, benefits administrations, medical and insurance claims, staff confirmation, exit process, etc. Address and manage a broad spectrum of people-related matters and work to resolve them through a systematic approach, adhering to company policies, local employment laws, and industry best practices. Responsible to maintain end-to-end office administrative activities including but not limited to office management, company documents filling, etc. Maintain highly organized HR files and databases including preparing period HR reports. Implement HR programs and policies to improve employee satisfaction and workplace experience Monitor employee progress and stay abreast on company climate and culture, ensuring it stays positive and productive Support managers in handling cases of bad performance, misconduct, termination, etc. Continually educate employees on company policies and keep employee handbooks current. Responsible for the full spectrum of HR function/HR generalist role which includes manpower planning, recruitment & selection, performance evaluation, compensation, benefits, payroll administration, staff traveling and expenses claim. Coordinates management training in interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance review, yearly performance appraisal, annual increment, and bonus payout exercise. Review and implement HR policies and procedures in line with the ever-changing employee needs and best practices. Good working knowledge of current trends and practices including HR management, training, and development, compensation, labour law, staff discipline. Establish salary guidelines for hiring and performance evaluations for each job within the organization Ensure accurate employee files, maintain and update employees personal records Provide proactive guidance and counsel to HOD and employees on employee relations issues Regularly meet with employees for progress reviews and assessments, discussing any problems or grievances they may have Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues Manage and supervise other HR staff, ensuring they are assigned and carry out proper tasks Understand and adhere to all pertinent labour laws.
