Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain general admin records and filling system for all invoices, agreements, purchasing requisition (PR) etc for easy reference. Monitor and keep track for purchase requisition (PR) and quotation's status, stock control and office administration's arrangement. Preparation / submission of monthly invoices to Group Finance Department without delay. Assist in executing onboarding arrangement for new joiners in compliance with internal procedure. Responsible for internal forms distribution and records updating accurately. Coordinating with internal departments / external vendors regularly on work-related arrangement. Assessing the cleaners and guards' work standards and performance from time to time. To assist in any ad-hoc activities as and when requested by superior.

- The supervisor or management may assign any other job as relevant as and when the need arises.

What We're Looking For :

Computer-literacy; proficient in all Microsoft Office Applications. Good command of both written and spoken in English and Malay. Showing commitment / initiative in work; able to cooperate and work with others as a team Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.

Education level:

Posses at least

Diploma in HRM

Business Administration

/

Management

, or any related discipline.
