Job Responsibilities:
Assist in various stages of the recruitment process, including but not limited to job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and other related recruitment activities as needed.
Assisting in the planning and execution of employer branding campaigns (online and offline)
Support people development efforts in onboarding and orientation, training sessions and employee engagement initiatives, aiming to build a high performance team and positive culture.
Maintain and update candidate records and databases.
Assist with various payroll and attendance-related tasks, including reviewing attendance, leave, and overtime records, as well as supporting related administrative duties.
Process business activity transactions such as customer receipts, procurement orders and employee claims.
Participate in cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives within the Corporate unit.
Provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations for HR & Finance.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing diploma/degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with good organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in Google Workspace
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude
Basic understanding of HR principles is a plus
