Assist the HRBP in recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
Manage onboarding processes by preparing documents, arranging orientations, and updating employee records.
Conduct basic market research on HR trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices.
Prepare HR-related presentations, reports, and proposals.
Organizing employee engagement activities and training programs.
Maintain and update HR databases and personnel files.
Coordinate with other departments (Account, Admin.) on HR-related matters.
Provide general administrative support to the HR department.

Contract length: 3 to 6 months
Pay: RM500.00-RM1000 internship allowances per month
Schedule: Monday to Friday

Education: Bachelor's in Human Resources (Required)
