Collect and organize payroll data such as timesheets and leave records.
3) Administrative Tasks
:
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Prepare HR-related documents, including contracts, letters, and memos.
Reply HR related enquiries
Requirements
Fluent in reading, speaking and listening for English and Malay.
Mandarin proficiency is a plus
for communication and supporting multilingual employees.
Diploma/ Degree in HR Management, Psychology or relevant course
Enjoy challenge and fast paced environment
Committed, disciplined, and have a strong sense of responsibilities
