To assist in recruitment activities of the hospital i.e. collate and file resumes, to prepare and make arrangement for job interviews; to facilitate during job interview sessions.
To be involved in all employment engagement activities of the hospital; to assist in the coordination and facilitation of engagement programs.
To provide support and give explanation to employees on matters concerning Workday modules or any other HR related matters.
Key in clerical data (leave, benefit, probation) in excel, scanning, binding, answer telephone, direct calls & take Messages.
Responsible for the Inventory and order materials supplies any services.
To prepare the locum & meal allowance documentations.
Administer benefits by calculate and key in the medical benefit data in the system and report excel.
To prepare poster for vacancy & birthday staff.
To prepare New Hire, Probation and exit interviewing documentations when necessary.
Filling & Update Employee Personal File.
Perform any other duty as and when requested by HOS & HR Team
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management / Management / any related field.
Working Time :
Monday to Friday (Saturday Alternate)

Contract length: 4 months
Pay: RM600.00 per month
