Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
Provide HR advisory to the CEO and senior management on organizational development, workforce planning, and succession planning.
Ensure HR practices support the company's mission, vision, and values.
2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Management
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from manpower planning to onboarding.
Develop talent pipelines and employer branding strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Ensure effective workforce deployment across all departments.
3. Employee Relations & Engagement
Promote a positive work culture through employee engagement programs.
Manage disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution in line with company policies and labor law.
Foster open communication between management and employees.
4. Performance Management & Development
Lead the performance appraisal process and ensure KPIs are effectively managed.
Identify training and development needs and implement learning programs.
Drive leadership development and succession planning initiatives.
5. Compensation & Benefits
Design, review, and implement competitive compensation structures.
Manage payroll, benefits administration, and employee welfare programs.
Ensure compliance with statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF, etc.).
6. HR Compliance & Policy Development
Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and employment regulations.
Review, develop, and implement HR policies, SOPs, and handbooks.
Monitor HR risk management and compliance with workplace safety and health policies.
7. HR Operations & Administration
Oversee HR administration including employee records, leave management, and exit procedures.
Manage HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and digital transformation of HR processes.
Prepare HR reports and analytics for management decision-making.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution abilities.
Strategic thinking with the ability to align HR with organizational goals.
In-depth knowledge of Malaysian employment law and HR best practices.

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
Professional certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, HRDF TTT) will be an advantage.
Minimum
3-5 years in a managerial/senior HR role (progressive HR experience)
.
Experience in education, training, or service-related industries is an added advantage.
Working Conditions:
Based at Malaysia College for Security and Investigation Studies (MYCSI).
Standard office hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (Monday to Friday).
Required to attend events, meetings, or trainings beyond office hours when necessary.
