About the job As the Human Resource Manager for IPC Shopping Centres, you will lead the people agenda of in the shopping centre business and together with the Centre Management team to establish us as a preferred employer by attracting those who share our IKEA values, ensuring a systematic development for our co-workers, inspiring them to perform and remain with us. Job description Drive people agenda regarding organisation set up, talent management, and strategy for building short-term and long-term succession. Responsible for headcount planning, long-term resources projection, staff cost budgeting, forecasting and follow-up. Drive people activities and co-worker engagement in accordance with the HR Year Cycle. Ensure that we follow national legislation, regulations and valid agreements in the labour market as well compliances of legal legislation, HR Policies, Rules, and Guidelines. Ensure remuneration practices in the Centre are competitive related to the local market which enables us to attract and retain the right people for our meeting place. Leading the recruitment / new hire process, performs the basic function of the HR department, as well as employee relations, training and development, benefits, compensation, organizational development, and employment. Manage and administrate employer branding strategy and content on digital platforms that focus on our workplace, cultures, and values. Work with functional managers to ensure a systematic approach to build functional competence development, supported by a learning staircase. Coordinates implementation of HR practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphas togetherness, empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, as well as the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce. Constantly challenge and improve HR-related framework, guidelines and SOPs to meet and anticipate business needs and market trends. Qualification You have at least 7 years to 10 years of experience in Human Resource function especially recruitment, training and development, compensation and benefits, employee engagement. You are people-oriented, have a good working knowledge of the full spectrum of HR function, especially in the areas of employer branding, compensation and benefits, recruitment, industrial relations, employee relations and engagement. Partnering the business, you are well versed in the local labour legislation and have strong interpersonal skill in providing HR advice to the operations and co-workers' performance management. Strong in communication and good interpersonal skills. Proficient and fluent in English (both written and oral). Pro-active, can do attitude and good problem-solving skills are preferred.
