Requirements: -
1. Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree/ Diploma degree in Human Resources or any relevant certificate.
2. Proven working experience in hotel background as HR Manager/ Assistant HR Manager.
3. Effective verbal and written communication skills (English & Malay).
4. In-depth knowledge of a broad range of labour law human resource strategies and practices, including compensation, performance management, safety, hiring and employee relations; able to apply these strategies and practices in compliance with employment regulations
5. Experience with analysing data to guide strategic employment planning
Responsibilities: -
1. Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, and hiring.
2. Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state and federal regulations.
3. Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities.
4. Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys; keeps the strategy up to date.
5. Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution.
6. Ensure the organization\xe2\x80\x99s compliance with local, state and federal regulations.
7. Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to team.
8. Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently.
9. Maintain company organization charts and employee directory.
10. Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives.
11. Maintain HR systems and processes.
12. Conduct performance and salary reviews.
13. Provide support and guidance to HR staff.
14. Analyse trends in compensation and benefits.
15. Design and implement employee retention strategies.
