Responsibilities Employee Relations Manage all aspects of HR functions Resolve employee relation\'s issues and balance employee advocacy with the well being of the company Guidance and advice to managers on grievance, attendance, disciplinary and performance issues. Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement. Plan and execute team sessions, gatherings, team building and activities Performance review process Champion and communicate the benefits of performance appraisal and manage the activity and outcomes according to the business cycle Coach managers on performance issues, and work with employees on career guidance and growth Compensation, benefits management and administration . Work with the Head, COE on benefits management and administration Learning & Development Manage the Learning & Development programs and track completion for all training in the COE Ensure the online learning platform is fully utilized Work with Head of COE for a coordinated, proactive and efficient approach to training that tracks employee feedback and company ROI Policies and Process Optimization Ensure that contracts and policies are compliant to company and regulatory policies Continuously optimize HR and administrative processes to improve efficiency Ensure that HR policies and procedures are adhered to with a firm and fair approach Recruitment, onboarding and termination processes HR administration and systems compliance Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree or relevant experience 5+ years\' experience in Human Resources Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and very hands-on Multi-tasking, resourceful, and proactive with a sense of urgency Attention to detail and good judgement Eligible to work in Malaysia without a work permit This is a full time permanent post that is fully on site.
