: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our international logistics SaaS company (headquartered in Singapore). The role will be based in our office in Kuala Lumpur where we have a strong growing presence. As the HR Manager, you will lead our global recruitment initiatives, build out our performance management and L&D plans, and work with senior management to foster a productive and engaging work culture. Responsibilities: Managing the staffing process Assist hiring managers with determining recruitment needs and strategies Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard new employees Manage and maintain the optimal headcount and organization structure in line with the annual hiring plan Performance management Coordinate the bi-annual performance review cycle Review and maintain the company-wide performance management plan Work with and guide department leaders on performance improvement processes and initiatives Learning & development Liaise with employees and their managers on L&D requirements Create and coordinate individual training and development initiatives Compensation and benefits Review and maintain the compensation and benefits plan to ensure consistency and competitiveness in our markets Lead salary benchmarking exercises in our markets during the recruitment phase to determine appropriate salary ranges Develop benefit strategies to improve employee satisfaction Culture Promote a performance-driven culture through L&D and performance management initiatives Manage employee relations and address employee grievances Develop retention strategies to continue to build employee satisfaction and our employer brand Policies and procedures Review and maintain employee handbook, policies and procedures and ensure these are up-to-date Ensure compliance with (HR-related) company policies and procedures HRIS and Data Take ownership of our existing Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to ensure data is always up-to-date and is properly adopted across the company Stay informed of developments in the HR technology front to potentially introduce new trends and technologies that can improve our L&D, performance management, employee engagement and recruitment needs Leverage HR data (across sourcing, retention, satisfaction etc.) to capture learnings and suggest improvements HR Operations and Management Manage and execute the day-to-day HR operational matters Build and manage the HR team: currently 1 FTE (HR Executive) reporting into this role Job Requirements Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent 8+ years experience Possess excellent verbal and written English communication skills Excellent communication and team skills, coupled with a high degree of emotional intelligence Experience in recruiting for tech roles is preferred Experience in a start-up or scale-up environment is a plus In addition to Malaysia, experience with Singaporean labour law is a plus What we offer Competitive compensation Excellent team environment and culture in an international setting Growth opportunities within the role and beyond About Cargobase Incorporated in 2013, Cargobase was founded with the vision to improve the collaboration between shippers and logistics service providers through a user-friendly transportation management software solution.
