Human Resource & Administrative Manager We are looking for a dependable Human Resource & Administrative Manager who is responsible to provide hands-on and strategic opportunities to plan, direct and coordinate all human resources activities. To improve HR processes, operation, and administration functions and to support the achievement of overall business objectives of the company. Responsibilities Human Resource : Strategies, plan, and review manpower resources at organisational level to support business and organisational growth Review and prepare HR related policies, SOPs, and workflow To liaise with government/ statutory bodies such as EPF, SOCSO, IRD, labour office, etc. to ensure compliance with regards to statutory regulations Ensure overall payroll accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency Conduct talent acquisition activities, including screening, interviewing, reference check and onboarding Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently Maintain company organization charts and employee directory Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives Maintain HR systems and processes Conduct performance and salary reviews Analyse trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent. Design and implement employee retention strategies Office Administration: Organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures Devise fruitful procurement and sourcing strategies, and ensure all purchases are in compliance with the procurement policy Manage the supply chain throughout the organization and ensure that departmental requisitions are processed, suppliers managed, and necessities supplied correctly Liaise with senior management to understand the organization\'s needs and build strategic plans to address them from a Human Resource and Administration perspective Develop an overarching strategy, as well as specific tactics that will enable the organization to grow and meet its\' strategic objectives Undertake any other assignments as assigned from time to time by the Head of Dept/Management Qualifications/ Required Skills/Abilities Candidate must possess at least Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent At least 3 years\' experience in similar capacity Familiar with local regulations / guides governing Human Resource Strong organizational skills: ability to balance multiple tasks & work independently. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize tasks. Proficient in English, both written & oral Detail-oriented and reliable work ethic A team player with leadership skills Sound judgement and confident Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
