Develop, plan, and implement strategic HR policies and procedures aligned with company objectives.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and company regulations.
Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, from workforce planning to onboarding.
Manage employee training and development programs to enhance performance and growth.
Handle employee relations issues such as discipline, grievances, and conflict resolution.
Develop and supervise the performance appraisal system.
Prepare and present HR reports to senior management and the board.
Manage the HR department budget and implement cost-effective HR initiatives.
Promote a positive work culture and employee well-being initiatives.
Lead and supervise the HR team, including mentoring junior HR staff.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
Minimum of 5-8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role (manager level)
Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent leadership, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently and make strong decisions.

: RM5000 - RM6000
