Company Description Allied Group Property Service Sdn. Bhd. is a property management company with locations in Penang and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. We manage a diverse portfolio of properties, ranging from super condominiums to business buildings. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Georgetown. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing the human resources functions of the organization, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, and HR policies and procedures. They will also be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the organization\'s goals and objectives. Qualifications Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance regulations Experience in HR management roles, including recruitment and employee relations Strong conflict resolution and interpersonal skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and prioritize effectively Experience in the property management industry is a plus Bachelor\'s or higher degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
