  • Profficient in speaking Mandarin Speaker
  • Bachelor\'s/ Master\'s Degree in Human Resources Management preferred.
  • Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive.
  • Passionate about people development, capable of defining the competency gap, and structuring appropriate training for peers.

Tanggungjawab
  • Handle full cycle of Recruitment, Selection & talent management to recruit the right talents to achieve company goals
  • Monitor the staff performance appraisal & performance review in co-operations with other Head of Departments.
  • Be in charge of staff compensation, benefits & implementation of reward system.
  • Provide coaching and counselling section when necessary
  • Review and developing Company Policy & Employee\'s Handbook (HR Policies, Procedures, and Manual).
  • Assist director in planning, coordinate and organizing to promote and strengthen corporate culture
