Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive.

Handle full cycle of Recruitment, Selection & talent management to recruit the right talents to achieve company goals
Monitor the staff performance appraisal & performance review in co-operations with other Head of Departments.
Be in charge of staff compensation, benefits & implementation of reward system.
Provide coaching and counselling section when necessary
Review and developing Company Policy & Employee\'s Handbook (HR Policies, Procedures, and Manual).
Assist director in planning, coordinate and organizing to promote and strengthen corporate culture
