Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in Human Resources Management, Employee Relations, and Performance Management.
In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in HR Development, training, recruitment, compensation & benefits, and industrial relations.
A good understanding of manufacturing-based business operations.
Ability to identify issues and implement changes to solve problems and meet company needs.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders.
Willingness to work in a new factory in the Shah Alam area.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the full spectrum of HR operations, including manpower planning, compensation and benefits, payroll administration, and employee/industrial relations.
Lead the HR team to ensure smooth HR functions such as recruitment, performance management, training, and new employee onboarding.
Develop, implement, and review HR policies and procedures.
Manage monthly compensation and benefits policies to ensure they are competitive and legally compliant.
Serve as a primary point of contact for management and employees, handling questions and administering policies.
Manage work-related consultations and issues regarding employment, compensation, and employee relations.
