Manage end-to-end recruitment processes -- sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
Partner with department heads to forecast manpower needs and develop effective hiring plans.
Oversee foreign worker matters including work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations through
MOM (Ministry of Manpower)
portal.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
Serve as a key point of contact for employee issues, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
Foster a positive work culture through engagement initiatives and effective communication.
Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover trends to improve retention.
3. Compensation & Benefits
Manage payroll processing, overtime claims, and allowances in compliance with
Singapore Employment Act
.
Administer staff benefits (medical, insurance, annual leave, etc.) and review C&B structure periodically.
Support HR budgeting and cost control for manpower-related expenses.
4. Performance Management
Oversee the performance appraisal process and ensure alignment with company goals.
Support department heads in setting KPIs and conducting performance evaluations.
Recommend training or coaching plans for underperforming employees.
5. Training & Development
Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs for staff at all levels.
Liaise with external training providers and maintain training records for compliance.
6. HR Policy & Compliance
Develop, implement, and review HR policies in accordance with local labor laws and company requirements.
Ensure compliance with
MOM
,
CPF
, and other statutory regulations.
Maintain accurate and confidential HR records and documentation.
7. HR Reporting & Administration
Prepare monthly HR reports covering headcount, turnover, absenteeism, and manpower costs.
Maintain the HRIS (Human Resource Information System) for data accuracy and efficiency.
Support management in HR strategic planning and organizational development initiatives.
