Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives \xe2\x80\xa2 Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies) \xe2\x80\xa2 Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc) \xe2\x80\xa2 Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc) \xe2\x80\xa2 Communicate with public services when necessary \xe2\x80\xa2 Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database Requirement and Skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven experience as an HR Assistant, Staff Assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position \xe2\x80\xa2 Fast computer typing skills (MS Office, in particular) \xe2\x80\xa2 Hands-on experience with an HRIS or HRMS \xe2\x80\xa2 Basic knowledge of labor laws \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent organizational skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong communications skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Degree in Human Resources or related field
