Responsible for managing and administration of the company payroll and ensuring compliance and accuracy in monthly payroll activities
Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of payroll, maintain employee information and payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating and inputting data
Manage certain time bound processes and ensue validation of data to be accurate such as employee attendance, leave record, overtime, allowance, claims and statutory
Responsible for managing and administration monthly employees\xe2\x80\x99 Payroll, and Compensation and Benefits.
Liaise and process with relevant statutory agencies on reporting, payments to all statutory bodies such as PERKESO, KWSP, LHDN, etc. are made timely and accurately.
Identify, investigate and resolve discrepancies in timesheet and payroll records
Adhere to payroll policies and procedures and complies with relevant legal requirement
To update and maintain staff details in the HR system and Personnel Files.
Managing employee lifecycle documentations, probation and confirmation, promotions, resignation etc.
Handle full spectrum of recruitment process from sourcing, screening, posting jobs ads (end to end) by arranging interview and reference check to candidate.
To deal with employee requests regarding human resource issues, rules, and regulation and responsible for the implementation and revision of human resources related management systems, policies and work processes from headquarters and section office.
To produce any ad-hoc reports required by management from time to time and responsible for organizing and supervising the implementation of various rules and regulations, policies and procedures at the workplace.
To ensure employment contract management are carried out as per local mandates and regulations, policies and procedures from headquarters, and responsible in handling labor complaints between employees and management, and coordinate grievance procedures.
To ensure proper implementation of ISO related records and responsible for ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 documentation.
Foreign workers affairs (dealing with labor office and legal requirements and ensure policies, procedures and reporting and compliances)
Responsible for work pass application, renewal and cancellation for all workers.
To monitor and keep track of all foreign workers permit validity and cancellation.
To assist HR & Admin Department in preparation of all required documentation for new recruitment of foreign workers.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management with 4 years of experience in related role
Preferable Chinese speaking candidates due to nature of business
Preferably with experience in using HRMS payroll and attendance system
Experience in similar industry will be an added advantage
Good knowledge in Microsoft Office especially in excel
Knowledgeable of Malaysia labour regulations is added advantage
Strong Interpersonal and communication skills.
Fast learner, attention to details & able to multi task
Computer Literacy (Microsoft Excel, Word, Power-point, etc)
