• Recruitment

• To execute and support in Local & Foreign Recruitment activities.
• Legal Compliance

• To assist and support in RBA & Industrial Relation.
• HR Functions Automation

• To automate HR functions like e- foreign worker management, and e-training & etc.
• Implement and configure HR automation tools and systems.
• Monitor performance and optimize automated processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in human resources, computer science, information technology, or a related field. Additional certifications in HR technology or automation tools are a plus.
• At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, RBA/IR, and/or automation processes.
• Knowledge in programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript & Virtual Basic)
• Knowledge of labor laws, collective bargaining processes, ethical sourcing principles, labor standards, environmental regulations, and international frameworks such as the RBA Code of Conduct.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with workers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Analytical skills and attention to detail for interpreting labor data, identifying trends, and developing actionable insights.
