Key Responsibilities
You will play an important role in: * M&E contact administration
- Attend to regular projects meetings
- Liaise with relevant vendors
- Liaise with fellow consultants
- Attend to site inspection, site visit
- Tertiary education background in Mechanical Engineering
- At least 5 \xe2\x80\x93 8 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience as HVAC Engineer
- Must have large-scale air-conditioning installation experience in industrial factories or hospitals or equivalent
- Must be knowledgeable in cold room and AHU installation procedures, including pipings, ductings in these areas
- Knowledgeable on sizing of ductings, temperature and humidity control would be an added advantage.
- Must be experienced in air leakage control and supervision of recertification work
- Must be conversant on specification of AHU, Cold Room, Claddings, Temperature Mapping, etc.
- In addition to technical knowledge, candidate should be "hands-on"
- Good communication skills
- Command good level of English
- Well versed in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Able to work under pressure under minimum supervision
- Must be able to work 6-day work week, from Monday to Saturday at SILC Nusayaja
- Immediate starter will be an added advantage
- Mon \xe2\x80\x93 Sat: 8:00am to 6:00pm
- Meal break: 1 hour
Must use own laptop with the required software (AutoCAD)
Candidate must agree to be bond for 1 year, the penalty will be one month of salary if the candidate terminate the service within the first 12 months of the employment
Salary Range
Up to RM10000 (Basic Salary + Transport Allowance)
