Job responsibilities:

Design, install, and maintain HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency within the data centre. Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of HVAC equipment to prevent system failures and ensure compliance with industry standards. Collaborate with the facilities management team to develop and implement strategies for improving HVAC system performance and reducing energy consumption. Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC system issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain operational continuity. Monitor and analyze system performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations in the operation and maintenance of HVAC systems. Prepare technical reports and documentation related to HVAC system performance and maintenance activities.


Job requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC system design, installation, and maintenance, preferably in a data centre environment. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including chillers, air handlers, and cooling towers. Proficiency in using HVAC design and analysis software. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. * Certification in HVAC systems or related fields is preferred.
