Job Description

This role requires at least 5 years of experience in HVAC system execution and, preferably, experience working with Project Management Consultants (PMC).

As HVAC Engineer, you will play an important role in the construction of a new pharmaceutical facility in Nusajaya, Johor Bahru and involved in:

Responsibilities:

M&E contact administration Attend to regular projects meetings Liaise with relevant vendors Liaise with fellow consultants Attend to site inspection, site visit To carry out all other works as and when instructed by Project Director, Project Manager or Management of the company

Special Remarks:

Must be knowledgeable in cold room and AHU installation procedures, including pipings, ductings in these areas Knowledgeable on sizing of ductings, temperature and humidity control would be an added advantage. Must be experienced in air leakage control and supervision of recertification work Must be conversant on specification of AHU, Cold Room, Claddings, Temperature Mapping, etc. In addition to technical knowledge, candidate should be "hands-on" Must be conversant in Testing & Commissioning, including IQ, OQ, etc.

Skills & Qualifications:

Tertiary education background in Mechanical Engineering At least 5 years' experience as HVAC/Cleanroom Engineer Preferably with HVAC/Clean Room/Electrical/I&C working experience Must have large-scale air-conditioning installation experience in industrial factories or hospitals or equivalent Must be knowledgeable in cold room and AHU installation procedures, including pipings, ductings in these areas Knowledgeable on sizing of ductings, temperature and humidity control would be an added advantage. Must be experienced in air leakage control and supervision of recertification work Must be conversant on specification of AHU, Cold Room, Claddings, Temperature Mapping, etc. In addition to technical knowledge, candidate should be "hands-on" Must be conversant in Testing & Commissioning, including IQ, OQ, etc. Well versed in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Power Point) Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members. Must be able to work Nusayaja, Johor
