About the role

We are seeking experienced Air Conditioning Technicians to join our dynamic team at Hower Electric Sdn Bhd. As a Senior or Junior Air Conditioning Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems across a range of commercial and residential properties in Ipoh. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment and contribute to the smooth operation of our clients' air conditioning systems.

What you'll be doing

Carry out installations, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of air conditioning systems Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with air conditioning units, and recommend appropriate solutions Perform routine servicing and cleaning of air conditioning equipment to ensure optimal performance Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service Maintain accurate records of work completed and parts used Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies

What we're looking for

Relevant qualifications in air conditioning, refrigeration, or a related field Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Technician, with a minimum of 2-5 years' experience (for Senior/Junior roles respectively) Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve issues Strong technical understanding of air conditioning systems and components Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients A valid driving license and your own transportation (GDL will be a plus point)
